The ideal candidate will be an energetic Sales and Leasing professional with a proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, networking, and closing deals.  The main focus of the position will be the day-to-day management of sales along with CRM management as well as ensuring that our office occupancy and rates remain as close to 100% as possible while growing the coworking, virtual, and meeting/event space business.

Candidates must have a hunter mentality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on building and expanding client relationships to drive revenue growth.  If you are a highly motivated sales professional with exceptional negotiation and follow-up skills, we want you to join our team.

Your Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years’ experience in sales, lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Strong sales and communication skills, with a knack for business networking
  • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills, particularly in the realms of customer service and sales
  • A natural hunter mentality, always driven to seek out new business
  • Experience in using CRM systems to track sales activity
  • Keen attention to detail
  • High levels of integrity, punctuality, and reliability
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and the local community
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of urgency and motivation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Selling memberships for private offices, coworking, virtual offices, and marketing meeting rooms
  • Retaining existing members and attracting new members
  • Achieving sales goals and ensuring overall member satisfaction
  • Self-generation of leads through local networking and other marketing avenues
  • Collaborating with accounting, marketing, and technology teams to increase revenue and meet or exceed monthly budgets.
