Workspace Strategies, a shared workspace/coworking management company in the United States is currently seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to manage a coworking space in Allentown, PA.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with an energetic sales and business networking background looking for professional growth and development opportunities. The main focus of the position will be leasing private offices, selling coworking memberships, selling virtual offices, and marketing meeting and event space.

In addition to managing the coworking property, the candidate will be working with our accounting, marketing, and technology teams to achieve 100% occupancy for private offices, increase memberships, increase overall revenue, and meet or exceed monthly budgets by effectively managing the P & L’s.

Candidates must have a strong aptitude for sales, business networking, and marketing and demonstrate previous experience in managing people. This position has direct responsibility for the retention of existing members and attracting new members, sales, and achieving overall member satisfaction.

The Sales & Operations Manager should thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment that focuses on ultimate hospitality, self-generate new leads through local networking and other marketing avenues, be a strong closer, and present a polished image of themselves and Sentient Workspace both onsite and the local community.

What’s Required:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in sales and staff management. Must be comfortable with social media, technology (computers, high-tech phone systems, etc.), and previous experience with Microsoft Office applications (specifically a strong grasp of Word, Excel, and Outlook) is necessary and is experienced with internet-based systems designed to manage workflow (online accounting/billing, recruiting, and CRM systems).

The total compensation package includes a base salary plus monthly and quarterly bonuses.
