We are seeking professional customer service-focused individuals to answer telephone calls using a busy multi-line phone system. This position entails answering a computer-based telephone system, serving customers by fulfilling requests and maintaining our caller database.
This position is a part-time role of 25 hours per week with an assigned shift on Mondays through Friday, however, flexibility for additional coverage is preferred when necessary.
• Answer multiple calls in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Serve customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining the database.
• Deliver excellent customer service and always use a pleasant and friendly attitude over the phone and in written communication.
• Maintain database at all times.
• Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
