Challenge
Your SMARTOFFICE Solution shares its suite with the building owner’s commercial real estate company. The owner wanted to create an executive suite company reminiscent of the modern designs in larger cities. He worked with Workspace Strategies from design phase through ramp up to create a unique and interesting space that suites collaboration and productivity. Another goal of the building owner was to have his serviced office company also support his commercial real estate business by providing receptionist service and other administrative support.
Solution and Results
Workspace Strategies was hired to consult the building owner in establishing Your SMARTOFFICE Solution. Workspace Strategies handled the interview and training process for the business center manager. To meet the needs of the building owner, Workspace Strategies was particularly focused on finding a manager that would be able to handle the demands of running SMARTOFFICE and providing administrative support to the commercial real estate company. After finding a suitable business center manager, Workspace Strategies worked closely with her to make sure she had all of the tools needed to be successfully. Additionally, Workspace Strategies provided all of the form templates, manuals, and handbooks for every function that the business center manager would need to be successful on a day to day basis.
Beyond hiring the business center manager, Workspace Strategies lead the creative development process for all of the sales collateral including the Your SMARTOFFICE Solution branding, logo, and website. The virtual office concept was a very new one in Lexington, Kentucky when SMARTOFFICE was established, so it was critical to have clear and attractive imagery to communicate the concept. Workspace Strategies expertise ensured that SMARTOFFICE’s marketing effectively introduced the company’s services to the community.
